After about 7 different non stick pans sticking and disintegrating I'm done with the coated stuff … give me stainless steel or cast iron to season and I'm happy.

Seems soggy, pre Cook the strawberries… unlike the apples it contains too much water so it will soften your puff pastry and it will not caramelised as expected… you can see it in the video

Doesn't look great. I guess that's why they didn't zoom in too much. Way too much juice that you have to get rid of and the stawberries look all mashy
