  1. I can't thank you enough, Gordon. I have learned many great culinary tips and recipes from you. Chili Beef Lettuce Wraps will be my next kitchen assignment. It was visually mesmerizing and contained some of my favourite ingredients. Thanks for this

  2. Pork chops sure have a good flavor for a meat main part of dish
The bell peppers very good to flavor meat as well as other aromatics, no doubt!
Have gotten also into use of coarse pepper & coarse salt

  3. The first dish is our signature house dish from your recipe book! Thanks for making me love pork chops! And those bell peppers are to die for! This recipe is seriously so good! We eat the garlic too as it turns into this garlic butter… It's my favorite recipe!

  4. It’s amazing that someone of his level is sharing all this knowledge for free, to help people learn to cook great meals. I will watch this entire series! πŸ™‚

  5. i love this, im disabled and this wants me to get the supplies for these recipes and give it a real crack, you're an inspiration Chef Ramsey

  6. This man is without equal. He will be remembered in history as having contributed more to the art of cooking than any other chef – most of said contributions being for free. To be shared and enjoyed by all. He is simply THE GREATEST!

  7. Why do chefs never say what temperature to fry at (especially in something like a supposed "ultimate cookery course")? It's like there are only two temperatures on a stove β€” on and off.
