My only quibble is the choice of pans used, and adding water to the toppings. IMO, this method is much more suited for a well seasoned, often used, cast iron pan. It brings out more flavor in the toppings, and more flavor for the crust. I also prefer to sprinkle parmesan on the dough prior to putting into the cast iron pan.

Why when I make it does the dough get stuck absolutely everywhere and require huge amounts of additional flour to resolve the issue.

I made the dough but I eventually had to add some much more flour so the dough won't be so sticky and the shape of it wasn't round haha … it was my first time ever doing a dough . Any tips ?

Every time ive tried making pizza, my problem has been in the eating! When pick up a slice to eat, most of the topping slides off the pizza base!!!
