For Chicken:

Boneless chicken strips 1-1/2 kg
Onion finely chopped 4 small
Knorr chicken cube 2
Cream 3/4 cup
Sweet chili sauce 12 tbsp
Butter unsalted 150 gm
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1-1/2 tsp
Thyme 3/4 tsp
Maida 2 tbsp

For Noodles:

Noodles 750 gm
Butter unsalted 100 gm
Dark soya sauce 3 tbsp
Crushed garlic 1-1/2 tbsp
Black pepper crushed 1-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste


For noodles:

Boil noodles in water with 1 tsp salt and 3 tbsp oil.
Then drain water, wash with cold water, put 1 tbsp oil and keep it aside.
Now melt butter in pot.
Add garlic and fry on high flame until golden.
Then add boiled noodles and mix it nicely.
Now add salt, black pepper and soya sauce and mix it nicely.
For chicken: Melt butter in pot, add onions and fry until soft on high flame.
Then add chicken strips, salt, black pepper and thyme and cook on high flame until color of chicken changes.
Now add maida and cook on high flame for 1-1/2 minutes.
Now mix knorr cubes with 2 cups hot water.
Then add stock and mix it nicely.
Now add cream, mix it nicely, put sweet chili sauce and mix it nicely.
Then remove from flame.
Now warm noodles, put chicken mixture on it and serve hot.
