Ingredients:
3 pound beef rump roast
3 tablespoon flour
15 oz tomato sauce
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 beef cube
2 teaspoon chili powder
5 garlic cloves, chopped fine
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 cup water
hamburger buns
Method:
Rub flour into roast.
Place in bottom of a large pot and add remaining ingredients, except buns.
Cook on low heat for about 14-16 hours.
Serve over buns.
