  1. Arabic parathha should not be fried ! It should be cooked on the tawwa pan just like a normal parathha with a little oil .The filling looks good but u should only use 3-4 tablespoons n egg should be folded in to hold together the mixture n it should be eggy & spread out to make it thinner like a parathha when it’s cooked . You can also stretch the dough of the Arabic parathha n make it bigger n thinner otherwise there’s too much dough hanging around.
    Good manda n samosa n parathha .

  2. Salaam wanted to ask sir how to fry frozen samosas Shal v take out from freezer and instantly put in hot or med oil or v defrost them before putting in oil Plz do answer as I have already made them and kept them in freezer I want to fry for iftari thanx a lot

  3. Manda patti needs to have maida on top of ghee or oil, when you are stacking or making sheets, flour is necessary. He made a mess, because he didn’t put flour in every layer on top of ghee.
