PANEER NAAN PIZZA

Ingredients

Naan dough
4 tbsps Makhni sauce
½ cup mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
6-8 pieces paneer tikka, cut into cubes
½ medium capsicum, cut into cubes
½ medium onion, cut into cubes
4-5 cherry tomatoes, halved

Method

1. Preheat oven at 180 degree Celsius.
2. Shape the dough into an oval shape and palce it on a greased baking tray. Use a fork to dock holes in it.
3. Spread makhani sauce on the base. Sprinkle half the mozzarella cheese cubes. Arrange paneer tikka, capsicum, onion, cheerry tomatoes and remaining mozzarella cheese over it.
4. Bake at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
5. Serve hot.
