Chef Mohammad Islam was born on December 12, 1968, in Dhaka, Bangladesh. He grew up in a family of food enthusiasts and developed a keen interest in cooking from a very young age. As a child, he spent a lot of time in the kitchen with his mother, observing and learning the art of cooking.

After completing his secondary education, Chef Mohammad Islam enrolled in the Bangladesh Hotel and Tourism Training Institute in Dhaka. He graduated in 1989 with a diploma in hotel management and culinary arts. He then worked in several hotels and restaurants in Bangladesh, honing his culinary skills and gaining valuable experience.

In 1995, Chef Mohammad Islam was awarded a scholarship to study at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. He completed his studies in 1997 and received a degree in culinary arts. During his time at the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Mohammad Islam had the opportunity to learn from some of the best chefs in the world and work in some of the most prestigious restaurants in New York City.

Upon his return to Bangladesh, Chef Mohammad Islam started his own catering business, catering for weddings, corporate events, and private parties. His reputation as a talented chef quickly grew, and he soon became one of the most sought-after chefs in the country.

Institute of Culinary Arts:

In 2000, Chef Mohammad Islam founded the Institute of Culinary Arts in Dhaka. The institute is dedicated to providing high-quality culinary education to aspiring chefs and food enthusiasts in Bangladesh. It offers a range of courses, from short-term courses to full-time diploma programs, and has trained thousands of students over the years.

The Institute of Culinary Arts is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including a modern kitchen, a bakery, a pastry shop, and a restaurant.
