When Harry was 13 years old, he started working part-time in a local restaurant as a dishwasher. Career Beginnings

After graduation, Harry started working in various restaurants in Bogotá. He worked his way up from line cook to sous chef, and eventually to head chef. He was known for his creativity and innovation in the kitchen, and his dishes quickly gained a reputation for being delicious and unique.

In 2001, Harry opened his first restaurant in Bogotá, which quickly became a popular destination for food lovers. His restaurant, called “La Casa de Harry,” was known for its fusion of traditional Colombian cuisine with international flavors. Harry’s innovative approach to cooking and his commitment to using only the freshest and highest-quality ingredients quickly earned him a loyal following.

Recognition and Awards

In 2005, Harry was awarded the “Chef of the Year” award by the Colombian Academy of Gastronomy. In 2008, Harry was invited to participate in the prestigious Bocuse d’Or competition in Lyon, France.
