Kofta Pulao
Ingredients:
Ginger garlic 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Whole all spice ½ tsp
Roasted gram flour 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Roasted cumin ½ tsp
Beef minced ½ kg
Rice 1 kg
Tarkeeb
Sub se pehlay tamaam ajza qeemay mein mila dein phir iss k chotay koftay bana lein
Phir aik pateeli mein piyaaz brown ker k adrak lehsun ka paste shamil karein sabut garam masala add karein orr koftay daal dein namak dahi k sath bhoon lein masala tayyar hy ab dosri taraf
Chawal ko boil ker lein orr iss masalay k teh laga dein ooper se zarday ka rang kewra daal ker dum de dein polaao tayyar hy

Kakori Kay Kabab:
Ingredients:
Beef minced ½ kg
Cinnamon 2 pieces
Cardamoms 1 tsp
Black cardamoms 1 tsp
Cumin 2 tsp
Cloves 15
Black pepper 15
Mace, nutmeg ¼ tsp
Gram flour 15 gm
All spice ½ tsp
Garlic 20-25
Raw papaya 4 tbsp
Ginger half piece
Green chilies 8-10
Cashew 2 tbsp
Whole dried milk or cream 100 gm
Clarified butter or oil 2 tbsp
Screw pine essence ½ tsp

Siwayon Ka Muzzafar:
Ingredients:
Vermicelli 200 gm
Sugar 400 gm
Whole dried milk 200 gm
Milk 1 cup
Screw pine essence 1 tsp
Food color as required
Almonds, pistachio for garnish
Silver wrap as required
