Directions

Step 1

Wash and cut the cauliflower into small florets.

Boil the cauliflower with a pinch of turmeric and salt until tender.

Drain and set aside.

Grind mustard seeds with green chili and a little water to make a paste.

Heat oil in a pan, sauté sliced onion and garlic until golden brown.
