Directions

Step 1

Cut tofu into thick slices and press to remove excess moisture. Slice kabocha into wedges.

Heat oil in a pan. Coat tofu and kabocha with flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat with panko.

Fry the tofu and kabocha until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
