Directions

Step 1

Press the tofu to remove excess water. Cut into thick slices.

Coat tofu slices in flour.

Step 3

Dip them in beaten egg.

Step 4

Coat with panko breadcrumbs.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Fry tofu slices until golden and crispy. Set aside.
