Directions

Step 1

Soak saffron in 2 Tbsp of warm milk and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add ginger garlic paste, cook for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook until soft.

Add chicken pieces and cook until they turn white.

Add cumin powder, garam masala, and salt.

Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.

Add paneer cubes, saffron milk, and cream. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 8

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
