Directions

Step 1

Peel and cut the kabocha into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.

In a pot, bring dashi and water to a boil. Add the kabocha pieces and simmer until tender.

Dice the tofu into cubes and add to the pot. Continue to simmer for 5 minutes.
