Directions

Step 1

Prepare the rice according to package instructions, ensuring it’s fluffy and warm.

Cut the kabocha into bite-sized pieces, removing seeds and skin. Set aside.

In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until fragrant.

Add the kabocha pieces to the pan and stir well.
