Directions

Step 1

Drain and press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then crumble it into a large bowl.

Chop the spinach and green onions finely.

Mince the garlic cloves.

In the bowl with tofu, add spinach, gochujang, flour, egg, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well to combine.
