Directions

Step 1

Drain and press the tofu to remove excess moisture. Cut into cubes.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil to form a sauce.

Add tofu cubes and marinate for 15 minutes.

Step 4

Slice carrots, onion, and bell pepper. Mince the garlic.

Step 5

Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add tofu and cook until golden. Remove and set aside.

Step 6

In the same pan, sauté garlic and onions until fragrant, then add carrots and bell peppers.

Step 7

Return tofu to the pan. Stir in the remaining sauce and cook for another 5 minutes.

Step 8

Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
