Directions

Step 1

Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.

Blanch spinach in boiling water for 1 minute, then rinse in cold water. Squeeze out excess water and set aside.

Cut tofu into cubes and pan-fry in a skillet with a tablespoon of sesame oil until golden brown.
