Directions

Step 1

Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Combine rice and water in a rice cooker and cook according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Step 6

Carefully roll the sushi using the bamboo mat, applying gentle pressure to ensure a tight roll. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Slice each roll into pieces and serve with soy sauce.
