Directions

Step 1

Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut into cubes.

Step 2

In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add tofu cubes and fry until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, add more oil if needed. Sauté minced garlic, sliced galangal, and chopped lemongrass until fragrant.

Step 4

Add sliced red bell pepper to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Step 5

Return tofu to the pan. Add soy sauce, sugar, and lime juice. Stir well to combine.

Step 6
