Directions

Step 1

Clean and devein the prawns. Marinate with turmeric powder and salt. Set aside for 15 minutes.

Grind mustard seeds with a little water to make a smooth paste. Set aside.

Heat mustard oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and garlic, sauté until golden brown.

Add the marinated prawns to the pan. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add mustard paste and green chilies.

Pour in water and bring to a boil.

Simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
