Directions

Step 1

Wash and finely shred all vegetables including cabbage, carrot, onion, and capsicum. Keep them ready in a bowl.

Step 2

Heat a pan over medium flame, add a little oil, and sauté the vegetables for 5-6 minutes. Add salt and seasoning as desired. Let it cool.

Place a spring roll sheet on a flat surface.

Put a small amount of vegetable filling near one corner.

Fold the corner over the filling, then fold sides, and roll tightly.

Seal the edge with water or flour paste.

Step 7

Heat oil in a deep pan for frying. Once hot, fry the rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy. Drain excess oil on paper towels and serve hot with dipping sauce.
