Directions

Step 1

Boil the potatoes until tender. Peel and mash them in a large bowl until smooth.

Add cumin seeds, coriander powder, green chili, salt, ajwain, and chaat masala to the mashed potatoes. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, knead wheat flour with water to make a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Divide the dough and potato filling into equal-sized portions.

Roll out a dough ball into a small circle. Place a portion of the filling in the center.
