Directions

Step 1

Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.

Step 2

In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium heat. Add chickpeas and 2 tablespoons of gochujang. Stir well and cook for 5 minutes.

Peel and julienne the carrot. Sauté in the remaining sesame oil for 3 minutes. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
