Directions

Heat ghee in a pan over medium flame and add suji. Roast until it turns golden brown and emits a nutty aroma.

In another pan, bring water to a boil and add sugar, stirring until fully dissolved.

Gradually pour the sugar syrup into the roasted suji while continuously stirring to avoid lumps.

Step 4

Add cardamom powder and mix well.

Step 5

Finally, garnish with cashews and raisins and cook for 2-3 minutes.
