Sumac-Honey Glazed Lamb with Almond Apricot Quinoa is a delightful fusion of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean flavors. The lamb is glazed with a tangy sumac and honey mixture that caramelizes beautifully in the oven, offering a perfect balance of sweetness and tartness. This dish is complemented by a side of quinoa cooked with crunchy almonds and sweet apricots, adding texture and a hint of natural sweetness. The use of sumac, a popular spice in Middle Eastern cuisine, gives the lamb a unique citrusy flavor, while the honey provides a rich, sticky glaze. This dish is loved for its aromatic spices and the harmonious combination of flavors, making it an ideal choice for a special dinner or a festive occasion.
