Directions

Step 1

Clean the chitol fish thoroughly and cut it into pieces. Boil the fish with turmeric powder and salt until cooked. Set aside to cool.

Grind mustard seeds and green chilies into a smooth paste, adding a little water if necessary.

Heat mustard oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and garlic. Sauté until golden brown.

Add the mustard paste to the pan.

Cook for 5 minutes, stirring continuously.

Flake the cooked fish into the pan, mixing well with the mustard mixture.

Stir in chopped coriander leaves. Adjust salt to taste and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
