Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix the juice of 2 lemons, zaatar, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breasts and marinate for 20 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Place the marinated chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.

While the chicken is baking, rinse quinoa under cold water. In a pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil, add quinoa, reduce heat, and simmer for 15 minutes.
