Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets and lightly coat them with 2 tbsp of oil.

Step 2

Place florets on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes until golden brown.

Step 3

Meanwhile, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, and chili to make the firecracker sauce.

Step 4
