Directions

Step 1

Warm the milk slightly and dissolve the yeast and a teaspoon of sugar in it. Let it rest for 5 minutes until frothy.

In a large bowl, combine flour, remaining sugar, salt, eggs, and butter. Add the yeast mixture and knead until smooth and elastic.

Heat oil in a deep pan to 175 degrees Celsius
