Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a soufflé dish with butter and sprinkle with a little sugar to coat.

Peel, core, and finely chop the apples. Sauté them in a pan with 1 tablespoon of butter until soft. Set aside to cool.
