Directions

Step 1

Soak cashew nuts in warm water for 30 minutes and then grind them into a fine paste using a blender.

In a heavy-bottomed pan, heat milk and sugar over medium flame, stirring continuously until the sugar dissolves.

Add the cashew paste to the milk mixture and cook on low heat, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.

Step 4

Once the mixture thickens and leaves the sides of the pan, add ghee and mix well.

Step 5

Pour the mixture into a greased tray and spread evenly.

Step 6

Allow it to cool for 1-2 hours, then cut into desired shapes and serve.
