Directions

Step 1

Clean and devein the prawns. Rinse thoroughly and set aside.

Grind the mustard paste with a little water to make it smooth. Set aside.

Heat mustard oil in a pan. Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add garlic and green chilies, sauté for a minute.

Stir in turmeric powder and salt.

Add the prawns to the pan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Pour in the mustard paste and water. Simmer until prawns are cooked through.
