Directions

Step 1

Drain the tofu and cut it into cubes. Pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.

Peel and slice the lotus root into thin rounds. Blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain.

In a large pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.

Add onion and bell pepper to the pan.
