Directions

Step 1

Clean the kachki fish thoroughly and set aside to drain excess water.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix mustard paste, turmeric powder, and salt. Add the fish and coat well.

Heat mustard oil in a pan. Add sliced onion and sauté until golden brown.

Step 4

Add garlic and green chili to the pan and cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.

Step 5

Add the marinated fish to the pan. Cook on medium heat, stirring gently.

Step 6

Add chopped coriander leaves.

Step 7

Cook for another 5 minutes until the fish is fully cooked.

Step 8

Squeeze lemon juice before serving.
