Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, steep saffron in 2 tablespoons of warm water for 10 minutes.

Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and half of the saffron water. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from pan.
