Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, dissolve the saffron in 2 tablespoons of warm water. Add the juice of 1 lime, salt, and pepper.

Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the saffron-lime mixture over them. Marinate for 15 minutes.
