Directions

Step 1

Mix ras el hanout, olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Add chicken and coat thoroughly. Let marinate for 30 minutes.

Heat a pan over medium heat. Add marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 10 minutes per side.

Remove chicken from pan and set aside. In the same pan, add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
