Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C. Soak saffron in 2 tablespoons of warm water for 10 minutes.

Place chicken in a large bowl. Add saffron water, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken.

Chop the onion and spread it on a baking dish. Place the marinated chicken on top and cover with foil.
