Directions

Step 1

Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut into cubes.

Step 2

Peel and slice the galangal and ginger.

Step 3

Mince the garlic and slice the vegetables.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the tofu until golden on all sides. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, add galangal, ginger, and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
