Murgh Hara Masala Biryani is a flavorful Pakistani dish that combines succulent chicken with aromatic basmati rice, infused with a vibrant green masala paste made from fresh herbs and spices. Originating from the rich culinary traditions of South Asia, this biryani is loved for its unique taste profile that balances the heat of green chilies with the freshness of coriander and mint. The chicken is marinated and cooked to perfection, ensuring it remains juicy and tender. The rice, cooked with whole spices, adds an extra layer of aroma and flavor. This dish is popular for its visually appealing green hue and the delightful, bold flavors that make it a favorite at gatherings and festive occasions.
