Directions

Step 1

Pour milk into a heavy-bottom pan and bring it to a boil on medium heat. Reduce the heat and simmer until it thickens slightly.

Step 2

Add sugar and cardamom to the milk. Stir continuously to dissolve the sugar and blend the flavors evenly.

Step 3

Mix in saffron and chopped pistachios. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature before pouring into popsicle molds.

Step 4

Freeze the molds for at least 6 hours or until solid. Remove the Kulfi Pops from molds and serve chilled.
