Kesar Murgh Aloo Masala is a delightful Indian dish that marries the rich flavors of saffron-infused chicken with the comforting heartiness of potatoes. Originating from the royal kitchens of North India, this dish exudes a luxurious aroma and a vibrant golden hue, thanks to the use of saffron. The chicken is marinated with aromatic spices and cooked with potatoes in a spicy, creamy gravy. It’s loved for its intricate balance of fiery spices and creamy texture, making it a perfect festive dish. The addition of saffron elevates its taste, giving it a unique, slightly sweet undertone that complements the spicy masala. A popular dish for special occasions, it pairs beautifully with naan or steamed basmati rice.
