Kacha Aam Diye Rui Machher Jhal is a delightful Bangladeshi dish that combines tender pieces of Rui fish with the tangy flavor of unripe mangoes. This dish hails from the lush, river-rich regions of Bangladesh where fish is a staple in daily meals. The unique taste profile is a harmonious blend of the sourness from the mangoes and the warmth of spices like turmeric and cumin. The inclusion of green chilies adds a gentle heat, balancing the overall flavor. People love this dish for its refreshing taste, especially during the hot summer months when mangoes are in abundance. Traditionally served with steamed rice, this dish is a favorite for its simplicity and depth of flavor.
