Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine Flour, Yeast, Salt, and Sugar. Gradually add Water and Olive oil while mixing to form a soft dough. Knead the dough for about 8 to 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover and allow it to rise in a warm place for 45 minutes until doubled in size.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Grease a deep baking pan with Olive oil. Press the risen dough evenly into the bottom and sides of the pan to create a thick crust that will hold the filling.

Step 3

Spread Tomato evenly over the dough base.

Step 4

Add a generous layer of Cheese.

Step 5

Distribute Chicken and Onion evenly.

Step 6

Top with remaining Cheese for a rich finish.

Step 7

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until the crust turns golden and the Cheese is melted and bubbling. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
