Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.

Cut the kabocha into small cubes and steam until tender, about 10 minutes. Set aside.

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, and salt. Stir until sugar dissolves.

Cube the tofu and mix with the steamed kabocha and shiso leaves. Add the soy sauce mixture and gently mix.
