Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add rosemary and let it infuse for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

Peel and slice the pears thinly. Toss them with half of the sugar and set aside.
