Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F). Rinse the sea bass under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and white pepper. Rub this mixture all over the sea bass.

Place the sea bass on a baking sheet.
