Directions

Step 1

Grate carrot, chop cabbage, and mix with finely chopped onion, garlic, and ginger in a bowl. Add flour and form vegetable balls.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the vegetable balls until golden brown.

Step 3

Remove and drain excess oil on paper towels.

Step 4

In another pan, heat oil and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add soy sauce and a pinch of salt, then add fried vegetable balls. Toss well to coat evenly with sauce.
